    Walking for Health and Fitness Goals

    The late great Beatle George Harrison sang it best, “If you don’t know where you’re going any road will take you there”!

    Developing a fitness routine is a major undertaking and having a destination to get to will keep you on track to get to the health and fitness level you’d like to achieve.

    If you were looking to purchase a fancy new watch, you wouldn’t get into your car, drive aimlessly around town in hopes that you’d eventually find the fancy new watch store.

    Without a specific destination in mind, you might wind up at the just regular old watch store. That’s not for you.

    My Goal is to get you to the Fancy new watch store. Or, better yet, into good health and fitness habits!
