Walking Logbook Journal
52 Weeks of Insights to Inspire Your Health and Fitness Journey
"Never consider the possibility of failure; as long as you persist, you will be successful." -Brian Tracy
A walking logbook shouldn't tell you what it wants to have in it; you decide what you want in it – what information you want to refer to and apply to future walks. I like this log format because if I choose only to walk, I have writing space to describe what I thought about, observed, and felt. If I decide to supplement my walking with bodyweight exercises or other fitness training, there's room for that too.
Distance, time, and location are typical of walking logs, but beyond those headings, you are the designer of this log/journal. You'll find plenty of space to record important information: how you felt, your ideas, your creative thoughts, weather conditions, what you wore, etc.
Each week you'll find insights to give you physical, emotional, creative, motivational, spiritual, and happiness pathways to explore. Walking has many benefits, and by walking, your world will open to many new experiences, places to explore, people to see, and adventures to undertake!
